Where We Ship

We proudly ship within Canada only.

Processing Time

All orders are prepared and packed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days, depending on your province and local courier speeds.

Please note: delivery times may vary during holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates

We may offer free shipping promotions throughout the year.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed or marked delivered but missing:

  1. Check your mailbox, door, and community mailbox

  2. Confirm with neighbors or building staff

  3. Contact the shipping carrier

We’ll help investigate, but Oh My Dog Inc. is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns

We want every pup to love their Oh My Dog outfit! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must still be attached

  • Product must not contain pet hair, odors, or signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or promotional items (including Winter Bundle deals)

  • Gift cards

  • Free gifts included with orders

  • Used or damaged items

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using tracked shipping

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
